OBI Property has announced Manchester based professional service provider, Walker Smith Global has taken the entire fourth floor (2,830sq ft) of 26 Cross Street, Manchester M2 7AQ. The company has taken a five year lease.

Walker Smith Global provides accountancy services to freelancers, contractors and the self-employed. The company is moving from 53 King Street as it required larger office space to accommodate its business growth. It has recently acquired a London based accountancy specialist, IMS and is going through a major rebranding process.
