Sales launch date for £10 million Astley Point
Salcaul Limited has revealed the first homes at the new £10 million Astley Point on Higher Green Lane, Astley will go on sale, off-plan, from 6pm on Thursday 3 August at a special event being held at the Greyhound Hotel, Warrington Road, Leigh, WN7 3XQ. Prices for apartments start from £150,000 and houses from £320,000.
Set in beautifully landscaped surroundings over 4.5 acres, Astley Point architects Cartwright and Gross have drawn from Astley’s rich heritage and countryside to inform the design of the new homes.
With fourteen houses and fourteen apartments, residents will enjoy unique landscaped features that will make Astley Point the place to live in the area. All homes are built to the highest specification with all the houses having balconies to front and rear.
In addition to the new homes, Astley Point will boast three new restaurants, a wine bar and events venue overlooking the landscaped gardens and lake. Salcaul is concluding the leases with high end operators and formal announcement will be made at the end of Sept 2017.

Salcaul Limited is making a £10 million investment into the development and envisages over 70 new permanent jobs will be created at Astley Point.

Salcaul Limited is a joint venture between Salboy and Redwaters and has been set up specifically to deliver Astley Point. Salboy, is a company owned by Fred Done and Simon Ismail who develop schemes throughout the UK.
