Ashurst Communications was asked to launch a brand new commercial scheme in Manchester’s Northern Quarter in autumn 2012.

At a time when the property market was still in turmoil, a launch was unusual and this helped us secure not only widespread press coverage for the development of 14 three storey self-contained office and retail units but ensured we had a fantastic turn out on a for once sunny evening in Manchester.

Approximately 400 people attended the launch, and five of the units were reserved in the week following the launch event.
