St Clements Old School, Chorlton

Despite dire market conditions, local developer Chris Barton decided to forge ahead to bring his property to market in spring 2012. A stunning conversion of a Victorian school house into four, four storey townhouses on the popular Chorlton Green conservation area in Manchester. Ashurst Communications was asked to create and deliver an open day to mark the houses being finished and on the market.

We worked with our design partner to create the website and sales brochure. Using our comprehensive network of contacts over 300 people turned up to the launch day. We received press coverage in local papers and property press. As a result of the launch, two of the properties were reserved on the day, and all four properties are now sold.
