Plans submitted for The Crescent, Salford
Euan Kellie Property Solutions has submitted a planning application on behalf of Property (Done) Limited to Salford City Council for The Crescent, a private rented sector (PRS) development of 405 apartments, located on the A6, at the site of the former Black Horse Hotel.
Designed by 5plus Architects the Crescent is the sister scheme to the Trinity PRS development which was granted planning permission in March this year. The 153 one bedroom and 248 two bedroom apartments will be spread over three buildings comprising five, 16 and 21 storeys, there will also be four townhouses. In addition there will be car parking, landscaping and 8890 sq ft of commercial space.
Euan Kellie Property Solutions is leading the planning application process for the scheme, along with project manager Swithenbank Property Consultants, which will be built, retained and managed by Property (Done) Limited. Once complete the homes will be available for rent.
