OBI Property has announced Moneta Communications is taking the second floor of Queens House (3,226 sq ft) on a five year lease at £20 per sq ft.

Moneta Communications is one of the UK’s leading sports betting affiliates operating specialist websites across a number of sports. The relocation from Steam Packet House is to provide additional space allowing them to deliver their growth plans.

Danny Campbell, Managing Director of Moneta Communications said: “The move to Queens House provides us with much needed space for our growing team and to continue the development of The Sportsman. It was important to us to find a characterful space and stay in the heart of the city centre close to all the amenities and transport links. Queens House fits that bill completely and we’re looking taking the business forward here.”

Andrew Cowell, transactions and asset management, OBI Property said: “Moneta Communications will be a great occupier sitting alongside the other digital and creative businesses that have relocated to the building. There is only one floor remaining and we are looking forward to getting the building fully let.”
