Kruger moves to New Century House

OBI has announced German confectionary business, Krüger is set to move to New Century House, Progress way, Denton, M34 2GP. The company has taken the second floor (5,159 sq ft) at a rent of £15.25 on a five-year lease with a break at year three.

Krüger is a German confectionary company which has been established for over four decades. It manufactures and distributes chocolate products. It has a growing team of 30 members.

Krüger said: “This is a very exciting time for Krüger, over our 40 years in this business we’ve grown and changed. New Century House is the ideal place for our business to continue to thrive. We can see longevity in this office space and look forward to a future here.”

OBI advised Kruger on the acquisition of the office space and will also be carrying out the project management and design of the new office space.

The landlord for New Century House is Amerdale Investments LLP.
