Ian Chatburn has joined Manchester based residential property management company urbanbubble as a director.

Ian, who spent nine years at Braemar Estates where he became a director in 2013, has joined urbanbubble to help lead and develop the strategy and service offer to private sector rented schemes, as well as looking at opportunities for urbanbubble to develop an holistic service to owners and tenants across existing apartment blocks in Manchester, where there is high buy to let occupancy.

Ian said:  “I am delighted to join urbanbubble at a significant period for the growth of the business.  I am looking forward to working with Michael Howard and the team to look at expanding our services and making sure we continually improve our commitment to the tenants and owners of the apartment blocks we already manage in Manchester, Salford and the North West.”

Ian will work closely with Managing Director, Michael Howard, as well as the Property and Facilities Management Team who look after over 6000 homes across 90 developments within Manchester and the North West.

Michael Howard, Managing Director, urbanbubble said:  “It’s fantastic to welcome Ian to the team.  He has an outstanding reputation and I know his wealth of experience and knowledge will be of huge benefit to everyone in the urbanbubble team. Once we’re settled in our new home at Sevendale House towards the end of 2015, we’ll make further appointments to the Management and Operational Teams as we forge on with our next five years of growth and progress.”

urbanbubble was set up in 2008 by Michael Howard.  Based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, the company provides a range of services to developers, landlords and residents, with the principle aim of ensuring residential developments are managed and maintained to the highest standards.
