OBI Property has announced Manchester based data analytics company, Hello Soda has taken the entire 6,202 sq ft space on the top floor of 55 Princess St, Manchester M2 4EW. The firm has taken a 9 year lease.

Founded in 2013, Hello Soda has experienced rapid year-on-year growth, now providing data analytics software solutions to clients in six continents. A key player in the Manchester technology circle, Hello Soda has moved its headquarters from City Tower to 55 Princess Street to accommodate the current and anticipated headcount growth of its valued team.

Hello Soda officially celebrated the launch of the new office last night with more than one hundred guests from local businesses and clients turning out to support the business’ growth.
