OBI Property has announced world leading testing, inspection and certification organisation, Bureau Veritas has taken the entire second floor (16,698 sq ft) of Atlantic House, Atlas Business Park, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 5HF. The company has taken a ten year lease.

The Bureau Veritas team of 170 is relocating its Manchester office from Parklands, Didsbury. OBI Property acted on behalf of Bureau Veritas on the deal and is project managing and designing the office fit-out. The landlord of the building, Aviva represented themselves.
