Another Letting at 40 Spring Gardens, Manchester
OBI Property announced the letting of the third floor at Impax Asset Management’s 40 Spring Gardens building. Aldermore, the specialist bank, has expanded the size of its accommodation, doubling its space by taking an additional 12,000 sq ft.
The 100,000 sq ft Grade A office building boasts a quality tenant line up including office occupiers Aon and Lloyds Bank who this month have taken occupation of half the 6th floor (6,000 sq ft).
The letting follows hot on the heels of the ground floor letting of 2,175 sq ft to Hairdresser/Beauty salon operator Evelyn’s who join retail and leisure operators Hervia and award winning Beermoth.
