OBI Property has announced Manchester based recruitment agency, Axon Moore has taken 3,007 sq ft on the first floor of Canada House, 3 Chepstow St, Manchester M1 5FW. The company has taken a ten year lease at £22 per sq ft with a break at year five.

OBI Property is the sole leasing agent and acted on behalf of building owner LJ Real Estate. It has also designed and project managed Axon Moore’s new office fit out. The team of 26 was previously located at Alexandra Building, 28 Queen Street, Manchester.
