OBI Property announced award winning architecture practice 3DReid has taken 2,381 sq ft of office space at 26 Cross Street, Manchester on a ten year lease with a break at year five. The building has just 14,150 sq ft remaining over five floors and can accommodate requirements from 746 sq ft.

3DReid, the practice behind One Angel Square and The Palace Hotel’s recent refurbishment, is moving its Manchester team of 15 from City Tower and will join Henry Boot and Tosca Fund in 26 Cross Street.
